Tikit is a cloud-based queue management service that fixes a customer’s place in line to free them to browse, shop, or otherwise be productive while they await their turn for service or for their service item to be ready.

the problem…

There are plenty of consumer situations where a wait is expected. Wait times begin to damage KPIs and customer experience when that customer is expected to wait in place to hold their position in the queue.

the solution…

Tikit provides a simple interface for adding new customers to a queue. The interface can be customized to be held by employees (higher touch experience) or as self serve interface for customers. Customers will receive a text message letting them know when it’s their turn and a ‘thank you’ message when service is complete. The live queue can be easily displayed on a monitor for customer’s to see where they are in the queue.

Using Tikit decreases perceived wait times, increases impulse purchases, and provides an overall improvement to the customer experience.
